    Hi,

Download-links (https://www.phmdata.org/2019datachallenge/) for challenge-data are available within the challenge-portal though the user is not prompted to download these items subsequent a ‘link-click’ (https://www.phmdata.org/download/phm2019-crack-growth-training-data-2/) – it seems the links are inactive.

How may challenge participants obtain relevant data?

    Thanks.

    Dear binarysurface,

The link you’ve posted above is not the correct address for the data sets. Please ensure that you have logged in, then go to https://www.phmdata.org/2019datachallenge/ and select “Downloads” from the subpage menu and you should see the files that can be downloaded.

    Thank you for the response.

As the forumn-post editor does not (should not for due reason) permit uploading of file-attachments, an email with screen-capture-attachments indicating the screen as the URLs resolve has been submitted to contact@phmsociety.org with which earlier correspondences pertaining to account-activation were conducted.

A WordPress-module may not be properly enabled?

    Thanks again.

    Dear binarysurface,

Thank you for highlighting this issue. I was able to replicate the problem while using Chrome browser. It was previously possible to download the data via Chrome so this is a relatively new issue. We will investigate and work to resolve this issue.

While troubleshooting, I was able to successfully download the data using Internet Explorer. As a temporary workaround, I recommend trying to download the data using a different browser.

    Thank you.

    All,

This has been resolved and verified using the current [as of 7 July 2019] versions of Firefox, IE, Edge, and Chrome on Windows 10. Please let me know if you are still having issues (particularly using iOS or Linux).

FWIW, the cause seems to have been a css error pushing the ‘download’ button far off screen to the right (perhaps due to a recent plugin update).

    Apologies for the inconvenience.
